Inspection Comments |
Follow-Up Inspection. Onsite for an follow-up inspection for the vegetable cooks line cooler. Previous inspection had temperatures slightly above 41 degrees and the unit temperature of 56 degrees. The air conditioning was not functioning at the time of previous inspection. |
Follow-Up Inspection. At the time of the follow up an HVAC tech was onsite repairing the main ac unit for the unit. The vegetable cooks line cooler displayed temperature is 36 degrees and the vegetables were being held at 41 degrees. |
Follow-Up Inspection. All violations cited on the previous inspection have been corrected. |
